KONTAINER COPENHAGEN has free shipping within EU. Regardless of price, size and weight.

Non-EU countries & rest of the world: only 20 EUR

We ship all packages with GLS parcel carrier in EU. In Denmark your package will be delivered to your nearest GLS Parcel Shop, while EU shippings will be delivered directly to your private address. Delivery in non-EU countries will be delivered with national freight. You will receive the tracking no. per e-mail as soon as your product is shipped from our warehouse. You can follow your product from shipment to delivery with GLS track and trace.


Delivery in Denmark usually happens within 2-5 work days after we have sent you the order confirmation. In EU delivery time is between 4-7 work days dependent on the destination. Worldwide normally between 7-21 days. Longer delivery time can occur if the item is not in stock. In this case you will be notified directly by e-mail.

The delivery time indicated applies to orders placed before 15:00 on work days. After that time the order will be shipped the following work day. When you receive the order, you are required to examine that the delivered product corresponds to your order and that the product is not damaged or altered in any way.

In case of force majeure, such as weather conditions out of our control, KONTAINER COPENHAGEN cannot guarantee delivery on time. If your delivery is delayed more than 14 days, you are entitled to cancel the order. The amount already paid will be refunded within 7 days to your credit card used. Cancellations shall be made in writing and sent to [email protected]

When shopping with us, you are always entitled to 14 days cancellation policy according to Danish Law. This means that if you are not happy with your product, you can return the product within 14 days and receive full refund (shipping costs will be deducted). Please, note that the product must be in same condition as received.

If you wish to return your order, just notify us in an e-mail within 14 days after you have received the order. In case of multiple products that are ordered in one order, but delivered separately, the return period will expire after the last received product.

Please, provide name, address, phone no. and a brief justification of the return in an e-mail and send it to [email protected]. We will send you a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours.

We do not accept any product returns without prior agreement. After we receive your notification, you have another 14 days to return the product. When returning the product be sure that the product is packed safely and in the original packaging. It is very important that the product appears in unused condition. You have the responsibility for the package until we receive it. We therefore recommend that you ship the package with a tracking number.

The cost of return shipping relies on you and is therefore not refunded by KONTAINER COPENHAGEN. Customers with Danish addresses are welcome to use our return portal where you can buy a return label with GLS Parcel Carrier for 40 DKK. Once we have received your returned order, we will refund you the full amount. Refunds will be made within 7 days after the return. The amount will be transferred to the same credit card that was used when purchasing the product. Please, note that it may take some time before the funds are available in your account depending on your bank and the type of payment used.

We will receive an e-mail when the refund is completed.


​If you want to change or cancel your order before delivery has occurred, you should immediately notify us by e-mail to [email protected] If we have already sent you the message, that your order is on the way, you will not be able to change or cancel the order. However, you are always entitled to make used of the 14 days cancellation period.


All items purchased on is covered by Danish Law in which you have 2 years warranty if the product purchased is defective or faulty on delivery. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect of the product is discovered.

In such case please contact us via e-mail along with a brief description of the defect, your name, address, e-mail and phone. We will then assess whether your complaint can be justified. If your complaint can be justified, you are entitled to have the product repaired, replaced, price reduced or refunded.

You will be notified of this by e-mail. Please, note that the deficiencies are determined by reasonable standards such as normal wear and tear as well as improper use. Likewise lack of maintenance means that the product is not covered by errors and omissions. If the deficiency is entitled, we will refund you for reasonable transportation costs when returning the product. Please, remember to send the package securely, e.g. in a cardboard box, and ship with a tracking no., since you are responsible for the product until we receive it.

Please, note that we do not receive packages sent by collect of delivery (COD) or the like.
